Wayland T. Hutcheson carries four senior designations in appraisal, ASA
Real Property, ASA Urban (Commercial), ASA Machinery and Technical
Specialties, and the Appraisal Institutes “SRA” designation. Wayland
Hutcheson is co-owner of Realty Support, Inc., and has been an
independent fee appraiser for over 40 years.
John Creighton “Creig” Coyne is a licensed real property appraisal
trainee, and veteran of “corporate America” for over 17 years.
In addition to typical real estate and other property appraisals, Creig
offers extensive experience in Environmental Appraisals and consulting.

Creig Coyne has worked in the environmental, health, and safety
(EH&S) and water treatment industries for over 17 years. He is a
